Support #GivingTuesday at the United Church of Christ

Last year, more than 45,000 organizations in 71 countries came together to celebrate #GivingTuesday. Since its founding in 2012, #GivingTuesday has inspired giving around the world, resulting in greater donations, volunteer hours, and activities that bring about real change in communities. Be part of this global giving movement!

This year, the United Church of Christ is raising money to help individuals entering the United States with nothing, in search of a better life.

Thousands of people enter the United States seeking protection, asylum or sanctuary. In response to this, nonprofits and religious groups provide support such as shelter, medical care, advocacy, food, and clothing. As an Immigrant Welcoming Church, United Church of Christ is deeply involved in supporting people who enter the United States with little to no resources. With your help, we will strengthen our support and keep up with the increasing needs of this growing population.

With your help, we hope to raise $25,000 to deepen our support and advocacy for these individuals and families.

Protection, asylum and sanctuary occurs not only at the Southern Border, but throughout the U.S. Read how a father of four found Sanctuary at First Congregational UCC in Amherst, Massachusetts

Thank you for your support. Please share with family and friends; together, let's create a Just World for All!
