• This Web Site is hosted by Big River on behalf of UCChrist ("the Organization") to register constituent information and process eCommerce transactions.

Information Collected

• When you request additional information or register on this Web site, Big River will ask you to provide basic contact information on the Organization's behalf.
• When you make an eCommerce transaction on this site, Big River will ask you to provide payment/billing information on the Organization's behalf.
• Big River uses common Internet technologies, such as cookies and Web beacons, to keep track of interactions with the Big River Web sites and emails on the organization's behalf.

Use of Information

• Big River uses information collected to provide contact information to the organization and to process payment on behalf of the organization.
• Big River will not store sensitive payment data such as credit card and bank account numbers.

• Big River may change its privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion, although most changes are likely to be minor. Big River encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Big River Online may make this electronic funds transfer using an ACH debit entry or other automatic transfer. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with U.S. Law and the Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association.

My Payment will be automatically debited from this bank account on the designated payment date. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be deducted on the next business day.

If there are insufficient funds in my bank account, Big River Online may debit my bank account for the payment when sufficient funds are available.

For inquiries about this ACH transaction or my Account, please contact Big River Online or your Financial Institution for further information. In the unlikely event your payment is returned unpaid, we may elect to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present your payment up to two more times.
